37 hours per week at £35,469 per annum
Permanent contract based in Newton Abbot or Exeter

LIFT – Listen. Inspire. Forward. Together (formerly In-Reach), winner of the 2024 Young People Now Award, is looking for an inspiring Project Manager to lead our award-winning youth work service.
Delivered in partnership with organisations across Devon, LIFT brings together a team of youth workers connected to four major hospitals across the county, supporting young people to strengthen their emotional wellbeing and resilience.
This role will lead the continued development and delivery of the service, providing clear leadership to our workforce and partnerships and ensuring they are supported to deliver the highest standard of support to young people and families. Through a relationship-based youth work approach, we create the space for young people to be heard, build confidence in their strengths and potential, and set their own goals.
Our aim is to provide young person-led support through high-quality youth work interventions, enabling young people to leave hospital with confidence and manage successfully in the community, reducing the likelihood of readmission.
