Barnstaple YES is a place for any young person who is impacted by mental health challenges to come and be welcome, meet new people, learn about local support and services, and occasionally learn a new skill. These spaces are provided free of charge, sometimes in collaboration with community partners, but are shaped by you!

Age 11–16. A supportive, structured programme for young people. Offering a safe small-group space to explore emotional regulation, stress, relationships, and self-esteem. Led by experienced youth workers, with a strong focus on participation and empowerment.Every Wednesday

Housing Advice
Age 11–25. Drop-in housing advice and guidance. The support they offer includes homelessness advice, housing choice advice, referrals to housing agencies, supported accommodation information, and benefits advice.Every Monday
