Supported HOUSING

WHAT IS SUPPORTED HOUSING

Young Devon provides 64 bed spaces in 14 buildings across the county. From young people with high needs, to those with much lower needs who are ready to move into their own tenancies, our Supported Housing team have the buildings and skills that young people are looking for.

OUR WORK DOESN’T END ON MOVE-IN DAY

We provide young people in need with Accommodation; from shared, fully-staffed houses, to semi-independent flats with floating support. Each resident is allocated their own Key Worker, ensuring there is always someone that they can turn to for support if they need it. Every member of the Supported Housing team is highly skilled and trained, and they are always happy to talk.

The aim of our Supported Housing project is to provide Accommodation to young people in need, and to equip each resident with the skills they need to maintain a future tenancy and to live successfully and independently.
