Are you looking for support with your mental health and wellbeing?

Do you live in Devon, Plymouth, or Torbay, and are aged 11 (in year 7) to 25 years old?

You can book a 45 minute welcome conversation with one of our team below. This is your chance to talk about how you’re feeling, what’s going on for you, and the kind of support you need.

Sessions are available face-to-face or online, so you can choose the way that feels most comfortable for you. After your initial welcome conversation, you may be able to book up to 8 additional sessions, depending on what support feels right for you.

  • Once you’ve chosen to book a 1:1 counselling session, you will receive an email confirming your appointment time. If you’ve chosen an online session, this will include a secure link to join your video call. Your session is a safe space to talk about how you’re feeling and the support you’d like. Together, we’ll explore what feels like the best next steps for you. We offer support face-to-face or remotely via Zoom.

  • When you make an enquiry into our Wellbeing services, you are consenting to us contacting you to discuss support. If you are enquiring on the behalf of a young person, please ensure that you have their consent to make the enquiry and to share their information.

If you tell us something that leads us to be concerned for your safety, or the safety of others, we may need to share this information.
