Laura works from various sites and with the lead role around developing best practice across the organisation, Safeguarding Lead and Registered Manager for OFSTED registered services.

Laura leads on our trauma informed practice development and reflective practice. Working with internal colleagues, commissioners and regulators Laura ensures a high quality of service delivery that meets are contractual and regulatory obligations, ensuring that youth work, trauma informed practice, psychological safety and play are at that heart of all our interventions.
