IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MY WAY.

IN A NUTSHELL

Plymouth City Council’s Community Youth Team (CYT), delivers a wide range of youth work approaches across the city, including open-access sessions, targeted support, outreach, and wellbeing-focused projects.

Our mission is to empower young people aged 11–19 (and up to 25 for those with SEND or care experience) through inclusive, youth-led programmes that promote emotional wellbeing, personal development, and social connection.

Our role within the My Way partnership is to deliver early help and youth work-led wellbeing support. Rooted in youth work principles such as voluntary, relational, and empowerment, we ensure support is accessible, informal, and offers young people greater choice.

We offer…

…And more!

Enhanced offer for young people through My Way includes:

Face-to-face wellbeing support

Promoting other opportunities within Plymouth
