Salary £26,414.00 per annum/pro rata. Permanent contract.
Part-time hours available - shifts include weekdays 08.00 to 16.00 & 14.00 to 22.00 and weekends 9.00 to 17.00
Are you inspired by Young People and their communities? Do you want to help them find their own solutions with the support of quality Youth Work interventions in our new supported accommodation?
Breakwater Place is a new accommodation opportunity providing a safe home for young people to develop trusted relationships with trained and experienced Youth Coaches who are able to listen well and respond accordingly. Our supported accommodation is a place where services come together, with a person-centered focus, to respond to young people in the community in a place they love to call home.
You will have the skills to build relationships of trust and understanding, whilst responding to a young person’s needs through a trauma-informed lens. Supporting Young People to make decisions, ensure their home is a safe space and have their voice heard to build their own plan and engage successfully with employment, education and meaningful occupation opportunities.
