Therapeutic Coordinator (Part time - Barnstaple)

  • Permanent part-time contract (18.5 hours per week)

  • Salary - £14,516.58 per year

  • Based at Young Devon in Barnstaple

Join our team of Therapeutic Coordinators across Devon, Torbay and Plymouth. Providing a critical role to ensure a smooth and effective delivery of our counselling services for young people aged 11 to 25.

You will get the opportunity to develop and be part of the service delivery in Barnstaple and support a small team of counsellors. Your experience and skills will be used to ensure we offer the right choice to young people at the right time, this involves being part of the triage and assessment pathway.

In this key role you will support the delivery of accessible, high-quality therapeutic support, ensuring a positive experience for young people and their families in Barnstaple. As part of our team you will help shape and strengthen the therapeutic culture, delivery and clinical oversite across our youth work and wellbeing services, using trauma-responsive, inclusive and youth-led approaches.

Essential Qualifications: Advanced Diploma in Person-Centred or Integrative Counselling
