Youth Work Coordinator (Job Ref 26-62)

Based in Exeter - Salary at £29,757 per annum pro rata.

15 hours per week – Fixed Term Contract (31st March 2027)

Do you believe in the power of relationships to help young people find their voice, build confidence and shape their future?

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for youth work to join us as Coordinator for our Voices to Be Heard project: This is an exciting new early intervention youth work programme, co-designed with over 180 young people, exploring gender roles, stereotypes, relationships and identity. You’ll coordinate delivery across schools, working alongside Youth Workers and school staff to create safe, engaging spaces where young people can talk, question ideas and explore how they want to be as they grow up. This is an opportunity to help shape a new programme from the ground up, working collaboratively with young people, schools and colleagues to learn, develop and strengthen the approach as we go.
