Head of Supported Housing - South (Job Ref 26-47)
Full-time, 37 hours per week - Salary at £38,743 per annum
Permanent Contract - Based in Newton Abbot, Exeter or Paignton
We have an opportunity for a young person centred, highly motivated, operationally focused, strong leader to lead and manage our supported housing projects in Exeter, Newton Abbot and Torbay.
We are looking for a creative and energetic manager to lead the pathway, and team, as we deliver existing and develop some new exciting projects supporting vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old through their journey to independence.
You will be responsible for managing and supporting the staff, housing, budgets and outcomes of our supported housing services, ensuring that the highest standards of service delivery, reflective practice and co-production are in place.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right values-based leader to oversee the services delivered to improve outcomes for young people within our housing services. This role offers a real opportunity to put your mark on this service by implementing best practices, inspiring ambition and creating quality housing options and choices for young people.
The post will include lone working, flexible working hours and the post holder will be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota providing emergency support for the project.
