Supported Housing Project Coordinator (Job Ref 24-45)
Salary - £ 15,384.86 per annum (£28,462 per annum pro rata)
Part-time - 20 hours per week
Working days - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (within normal office hours)
Based in Newton Abbot

We are looking to recruit a project co-ordinator to oversee our supported accommodation projects in Newton Abbot.
You will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence. You will provide resettlement support and life skills training to residents, and you will be required to act as a key worker to these residents, taking responsibility for the building whilst on shift. You will also be the Line Manager for Housing Support Workers.
The post will include lone working, and the post holder will be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota providing emergency support for the projects in Newton Abbot.
