Lead Outreach Youth Worker (Job Ref 23-49)
Salary – £26,434 per annum / pro rata (Based on 37 hours a week)
Part-time (8 hours per week) based at Young Plymouth.
Fixed-Term Contract until 31/07/2025

Are you a creative youth worker?

Are you passionate about actively engaging and building quality relationships with young people?

This is a great chance to be part of a South West wide programme exploring community safety and anti-social behaviour with young people, you’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of proactive, engaging and high quality Outreach Youth Work in the Plymouth area. You will get to know young people and work with them to provide opportunities to explore risk taking, reduce potential for harm and experience safe relationships. We are looking for someone who has experience of inspiring young people to explore their choices and thinking and has knowledge of adolescence safeguarding and development.
