Impact Monitoring Coordinator (Job Ref 22-81)
Salary – Starting at £26,574* per annum. Full time (37 hours)
(*Salary is due for review 1st April 2023)
Based at Young Devon, Location Flexible.
Permanent Contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a data professional to co-ordinate the development and delivery of organisation wide data capture, outcomes monitoring and reporting. To also provide strong leadership and support to ensure good and consistent reporting on progress of organisation wide projects is achieved.
Young Devon is one of Devon’s most successful young people’s charities and for over 70 years has developed an expertise in transforming the lives of young people. Young Devon’s team of more than 200 staff ensure that each year over 3,500 young people receive accommodation/homelessness support; improved mental health; mentoring support to deal with the trauma of crime; and receive the skills to live independent successful lives.
Within this role you would be responsible for:
Ensuring organisation wide impact is understood and shared
Producing clear timely statistical information for a variety of quarterly reports
Ensuring staff are supported, trained and able to work with data
Ensuring all Young Devon reporting is centrally stored and quality checked
