YpInfo – a database designed by Young Devon with the aim of creating a flexible, efficient and affordable database for other organisations working with young people to use. Your organisation can benefit from using YpInfo by having the ability to quickly bring up figures for use in reports, funding bids, marketing materials and for monitoring purposes
We set a price for YpInfo with other voluntary organisations in mind, which keeps it affordable. You also get the added benefit of support and training at no extra cost. YpInfo is so quick and easy to use that it can produce a report in a matter of seconds. This avoids a manager or administrator having to trawl back through mountains of paperworks in order to provide some statistics.
You are able to generate reports quickly and easily using YpInfo. Any statistics that you need can be generated in a matter of seconds, whether this is to provide information back to funders or for your own internal requirements. In addition to the many reports already on YpInfo you can also ask us to create bespoke reports just for your organisation.
YpInfo can provide information for you to use within your organisation for monitoring or analytical purposes. You can look at the work you have done as a complete organisation or broken down by projects and/or contracts.
The different reports available on YpInfo can highlight areas in which you might be doing a lot of work but are not receiving any funding for. You can also produce figures to include in funding bids quickly and easily.
To date YpInfo has been successfully used by voluntary organisations that work in these specific areas:
Information, Advice and Guidance
Counselling
Homelessness
Supported Housing Providers
Youth Volunteering
Group Work
Targeted Mental Health Work
Sexual Health Services
Youth Clubs
"It’s Your Choice have used the Young Devon Database since April 2011, it has been extremely beneficial in providing defined information to include in funding applications, particularly around groups identified by funders.
