They asked a worker to read their stories on their behalf due to the destressing nature of the memories. Their stories reveal the difficulties many young people face with their mental health.

'When I got a new counsellor, they would often be late and not apologise' 

'I think the waiting times should decrease and have more or no limited sessions to have better communication between counsellor and client'

'We were turned away' 

'I had to wait 2 - 3 weeks for a crisis team worker to come and see me, and a further 2 - 3 weeks for my first CAMHS meeting' 

'Throughout my time with CAMHS I continually made bonds with my practitioners, with were repeatedly broken'
