Do you know someone that is looking to get the skills to get into work or wants to go back into education or onto a training course?  Young Devon offers a range of courses that are designed to do just that.

Prince's Trust:
A short course where young people can learn critical new skills and take part in social action projects, which are a real benefit to their local community.

Step Up and NVQ Programme:
Young people can gain qualifications in employability and functional skills like maths and English. These courses are focussed on what each young person needs.

Apprenticeships and traineeships:
Longer term contract that will allow young people to step on to the job ladder and gain a qualification.

Young Devon Skills and Enterprise Team
...are proud to offer a training package that provides young people with a progression route into work or higher level training. Young people can access short courses learning skills for life, to longer fulltime courses leading to employment. All programmes are delivered in a way that engages; supports and challenges young people in a way that takes into account their personal circumstances.
