As part of our 2017 Commitments following the last Workforce Survey, we have tried to raise awareness of the non-paid benefits of working for Young Devon.

Holidays and leave 

All employees get 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. This is pro-rata’d for part-time employees. To help you live a fuller life outside of work we also have a Special Leave policy and offer career breaks where possible.
