Plan B Success!!

Plan B have recieved excellent results after a recent Survey sent out to Young People and hosts! young people 2

Young People and Hosts gave both extremely positive and valuable feedback that will help to inform our next steps and improvements to the service in the future!

We were delighted to discover that young people felt that they were well supported by Young Devon staff and that they were able to move forward with their goals and make changes to their life as a result of Plan B.

'Support Staff helped motivate me and have supported me to make my relationships with family much better'

We are pleased to see that Plan B is making a difference to young people in more ways than one and staff are going above and beyond to ensure young people are provided with opportunities to develop their interests and skills;

'Plan B have found an opportunity to learn guitar for me, which I am really looking forward to. Members of staff have helped me with many personal issues and are still helping me now'!

It is important to us that all hosts feel supported by The Plan B team, including recieving relevant training and information. It was encouraging to see that hosts rated support from Young Devon an average of 5/5.

Hosts commented:

“Thank you to Laura Lee to and all of our Plan B team in helping us so much to achieve success within our placements – for all their hard work behind the scenes to bring happiness to the young people we serve.”

“I feel listened to and supported thus able to carry out my host duties with confidence. I am very proud of what we do. I feel a real sense of achievement even if frustrated at times”
