Young Devon recruits young people into volunteering activities within their community. We do this through directly engaging young people through our satellites of young volunteer groups across the county. Volunteering is an excellent vehicle to enable young people to build on personal development, skills for employment so we have a targeted approach to engage societies vulnerable young people as well as those more motivated.

YAT summer volunteering

A short look at a YAT Project, where a group of young people volunteered to clean Woolacombe beach, run a healthy living day in Exeter, do some Museum and stewarding work and then had their Final Day Party and BBQ.
