Coming 37th in the Sunday Times Top 100 list of best places to work in the public and charity sector, it's no surprise that people want to work for us, and we love working for us too! On 16th February staff and volunteers can get a real insight into the work of Young Devon at our latest indiction day.  These induction days offer you the chance to find out about the exciting projects and developments happening within Young Devon and how you can get involved.

Whatever your level of experience in working with young people, if you want to make a difference and feel you have something to offer, Young Devon can provide you with inspiring, challenging and comprehensive on-going training so that you can make a real and lasting impact on the lives of young people.

Whether you are looking for a career change, want to do some volunteering, or you would just like to find out more about what Young Devon has to offer, our Induction Day is the place to start. This day will give everyone a chance to understand the principles and values that forms the basis for our work, as well as giving an overview of the diverse range of services, projects, and up and coming innovations that Young Devon provides.

The day will include talks, discussions, activities, an opportunity to ask questions and to find out more about volunteering opportunities, as well as a chance to meet some of the young people that have made Young Devon what it is today. The day is the first step in becoming a Young Devon Volunteer. It's your chance to ask us questions, for us to meet you and find out what you're interested in doing.
